The strawberry shortcake ad is broken and don’t let You close out after it’s shown. It’s forcing a restart of the game which is really frustrating. I’m in an iPhone 12 in case info is necessary.
We had some issues with ads freezing the game, but this should already be fixed.

Thank you. The ⦻symbol at the upper right is unresponsive. The youtube link to /Strawberryshortcakeofficial is unresponsive.
The link at the upper left gets you to Unity Ads privacy, but after you return to the main ad, the screen is still unresponsive.
The only option is to reboot the device in order to try again.

Yep. For me, too. You'd think they could pull or repair the as by now, especially given the full press their giving it. I expect it will remain a problem right through the Pot of Gold event. It's uncanny.
No. you can opt out, but since you still cannot close out, and must reboot the device to play again, it does not save the opt-ot.
Upon the next launch, the same ad reappears and freezes again. iOS 15.6.1 phone.
Same issue. Worst part is when I'm on a winning streak, lose a life, and my progress because of it. I can't get that back.

This is happening to me over and over. I lost boosters that I used not to mention time spent playing and then losing level because of this strawberry shortcake ad freezing.
yes and I had to come here to see if it is everyone. I have reported it when it locks me up everytime but o far nothing has happened
Same problem with strawberry shortcake on candy crush soda also. The ad doesn’t play but you can’t exit out of it so I have to close down the whole games. I agree, very frustrating. I’ve had the same trouble with other ads where I just get a blank white screen. This happens over several of the King games. I’ve also lost the quests on Farm Saga several and can’t seem to get them back unless I totally delete the game off my device and then I lose all my accumulated boosters.
Unfortunately it’s no loss to King.com, every time we see the ad they get paid so there’s no incentive to fix it. I’m avoiding all ad generating activities for the next couple of days. If they can’t fix that ad they won’t be making off me on any ads.
The strawberry shortcake ad freezes the game every time it shows up. I have to close out of the app entirely and lose my streaks and rewards because of it. Please discontinue that ad or fix the issue. It’s ruining my win streaks and booster rewards. It’s also ruining my desire to play the game.
Where is accountability here? In any other job this would get you fired. I’ll bet any 6th grader could fix this problem. What is going on with the programmers? This has been going on for days.

I’ve had the same problem all day. VERY FRUSTRATING! Had to shut down my IPAD every time. Can’t collect any boosters.

Sorry to hear that, @Alienscar. For me it really is just that one at at the moment, but it's being very heavily run and so I keep running into it. Very frustrating.
Since my issue seems to have been kicked up the support chain by @kiara_wael (Thanks, by the way!), you might want to leave your phone model and operating system info in a reply.
One issue that I had for about eight months was finally dealt with only by unistalling and reinstalling, costing me a ton of progress. I couldn't get anyone at King to care about the issue at all, so I feel you. I wish you the best of luck. 🤞🏻

I've tried multiple logins and power shutdown/restart and the problem still occurs!
iPhone OS: iOS 15.6.1
And I see multiple players' complaints about the same issue and didn't find any resolution!

Who the heck approved this bot ad? Every person who has taken the time to post here deserves gold and boosters returned. Totally absurd.
This has happened to me 4 times. It is so frustrating that I need to exit the game to get rid of it. Lost a lot of boosters because of this glitch! I play on an iPad.
This Strawberry Shortcake glitch has made playing the game unbearable! It has happened 6 times since my last post. I will not be playing for a while until it is fixed.

The Strawberry Shortcake ad does nothing. You can’t exit out. I find the glitch happens with the balloon, the purple extra lives and the purple 3 extra lives. Please fix this because I’m losing lives and boosters
They need to remove the ad now. It shouldn’t be that difficult.

Can’t leave the Ad. Have to leave the game back to home page. Then have to close the game completely losing any progress. This is a new Ad first seen just now. Updates are all current both software and game.
