App crash and loss of all my inventories and free lives from friends

I tried to uninstall the app due to the app crash everytime I watch the ad, and when I reinstall it back, all my inventories, my 30 plus lives from friends are all gone, only thing left now is my game progress, the app still crashes despite trying all the methods provided by your FAQ, I need you all to fix this and return all my inventories and free lives, and compensate me with some inventory, as now I have lost my edge in competing with others

If you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels and Gold Bars .
