Connection problems.

Why is it that I can't connect to the store, to my Royal Program where I have different rewards to collect and soon will be expire. Why is it that my friends list has gone. Why is it that I have no event whatsover, why does my map only shows me. Why do I not receive any notifications, except for badges, nor msgs. Have more than 1000 points but no email informing me that I reached level 5. Have asked begin September to @QueenB and @kiara_wael to pls open a pm. No response. This is my 2nd discussion on this topic but does not show. In fact now it will say 10 discussions but when going to see it says no discussions founds. Have a bunch of screenshots to let show...useless. Don't know what to do anymore to get help.

Before posting this 2nd discussion will take screenshot to prove that I did write. Today September 30, 2022.

Sorry for late reply , Thank you for the feedback . please email this to Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there. so they can look into to your game.

Thank you for a prompt reply. Can't tell my game ID since that discussion has been closed (2018). Regarding the email to send to the Player Support Team, I did fill in all requested info but when submitting got this msg

So really don't know what to anymore

@Alienscar It's not only the store, It's everything. Have no events, no friendslist, can't access my Royalty Program and my different rewards will be expire very soon.

Don't get any notifications. Didn't receive an email for reaching my level 5 etc...
