Sorry to hear that Jeannette. It worked for me when my Map/Event/Shop buttons stopped working, so I hoped it would work for you in this situation.

I'm unhappy to report the same app freezing issue during Candy Royale. @QueenB

Been reading people's complaints for a few days without having any issues myself. However, I got the latest game update today (the one from 7th October for Android mobiles) and freezing started immediately. This makes me 100% certain the problem lies inside this update. I wish I could revert back to the previous app version without reinstalling (thus preventing losing boosters and winning streaks).

No crashes (yet), just blank screens that force me to restart the app to continue. Game does continue from where it stopped, strangely. A restart is mandatory though, like 2-4 times during Royale.

I'd advise players who aren't at the top of the map to not update the game just yet. I did it for science but I regret doing so now. As if the forced full-screen mode wasn't annoying enough. 😒

Sometimes Candy Royale freezes after every level for me.

A few days ater posting I noticed the numbers seemed to be more random. I'm happy about that.

Seems the recent update fixed the Royale freezes, as well as life sending blank screens for every other life. I just got a notification and updated it right away. Wonder if other people's issues were resolved as well. 🤔

No gifties for me though. 😂
