I was on level 7/7 in candy royals, I also finish the level competitors when the app crashed! This means I lost 500 gold bars ☹️☹️☹️… is there anything I can do to get this opportunity back? So disappointing.

It is unlikely that King will/can reinstate your Candy Royale,but if you spent any real money playing the seven levels they might refund, or give you some boosters for your loss.

App crashes can be very frustrating, especially while in the middle (or end!) of Candy Royale. However, I very much doubt you were on your way to get the whole prize only to yourself. Unless you were really lucky, ofc, but that's unlikely.

What's your current level? Did Royale reappear in your Events tab after restarting the game or doing a(ny) level? Have you done it before? Did relogging help?
