Something is going on in my CCS main account. I posted the other day I couldn't connect to the the app store so I couldn't watch ads. I did normal troubleshooting and the ads came back. Yesterday and today I can't connect to app store again and troubleshooting doesn't work.๐ซค
Yesterday and today the fish boosters are back to being useless again too. For quite awhile the fish were useful and took out the remaining ingredients. Now they swim by it and leave the last ingredient.๐ก

There are a few key reasons why Candy Crush might be having a tough time connecting to the App Store. It could be something as simple as a poor network connection or as complex as an outdated app version.
Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Make sure that your game app is updated to latest version.
Check if you have latest system updates on your device.Try different connection wifi or mobile data . Logout and login back into your play store account
Start by checking device system status, then check for internet connectivity issues, VPNs interfering, time and date settings, DNS errors, outdated software, or network settings. You might also want to try restarting your device and signing out of the App Store.
If no other devices can access the internet, turn off your Wi-Fi router, then turn it on again to reset it.

Yes, it's been very quiet lately. It was also the case in our Bake a cake event last week ๐คทโโ๏ธ
I have encountered connection failures with the app store a few times lately I have noticed that my 4G connection at home had become very poor. Foreclosing the app, clearing cache and turning off my phone for a while helped to reconnect to the store though. I hope Palash and my posts help you solve this issue.
