There are a few key reasons why Candy Crush might be having a tough time connecting to the App Store. It could be something as simple as a poor network connection or as complex as an outdated app version.

Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Make sure that your game app is updated to latest version.

Check if you have latest system updates on your device.Try different connection wifi or mobile data . Logout and login back into your play / app store account

Yes that's what I was getting. The first time it happened I did all the normal troubleshooting things and turned my phone off for 15 minutes and it came back. The next day it was back. The next day I was only able to connect on new levels.

It happens sometimes to me, I am very disappointed this issue, coz I lost level and Boosters winning streaks

It's okay, my friend, 🤗because I no longer depend on advertisements since that time. Therefore, I avoid losing my winning streak, the level, and even the booster. There is no choice but to win the level.

We now have a Candy Royale in Soda but it's called Yeti's Challenge. I thought I took a screenshot of my winnings but I didn't and I forgot level 6.😢 I'm posting all the pictures so you can see how many players I had left. There's good and bad to this new feature.

Good…you have a longer amount of time to complete…you can take your time playing levels…it's only 10 levels…you can win more than 15 gold bars

Bad…if you lose you're out…you can win less than 15 gold bars like I did. I only won 12 , not my idea of "tons of gold bars" like picture won says I could win.😉

It's gone from my game now so I'm guessing I won't have another chance to play for a day and a half.🤷

Not having ads is one thing but I wasn't able to connect to buy extra moves.
