Have you tried contacting customer service or with moderators here in the game who may have appropriate solutions? 😥

Actually, @Kerrie. I think it makes sense that this warning appears that is contacting the App Store when there are no moves from previous levels, I would probably have to watch ads or spend gold bars on new levels. I believe this is it.
