Hi every time I try to get extra moves a black screen appears have to delete and start again very annoying.

It's a bit of a puzzle that's taking us a tad longer to crack than we hoped, but we're determined to find the perfect fit.
In the meantime, we didn't want to keep you in the dark. We're actively working on fixing the issue as we speak! While we work our magic behind the scenes, here's a little tip we've picked up along the way.
Some players have found that restarting their devices has been quite helpful. It might not be a golden ticket for everyone, but it's definitely worth a shot!

Lots of reports about this issue. They might get it fixed on Monday. It's clearly a glitch at their end, which you can't do anything about. Just be patient and don't use the ads feature for now.
It was fixed over weekend but constantly getting the black screen again today. Please fix this. Quitting app does not clear problem

I’ve been having the black screen issue for the last two days.
Same! I know I’ve reported it already…I finally reached Level 10,000 and was thinking of deleting the game. This issue with the Ads being an option, but not showing up is not helping. I’m giving it one more day, if it’s not fixed, I quit. It’s supposed to be relaxing??? Not lately.
Where’s tech support? Why isn’t this issue being fixed? It’s been over a week now for me.

The option to watch ad videos in the game had some issues and the issue was already reported. The game studio is also working to fix the issue and hopefully the issue will be resolved soon. You can check HERE to get the latest information.

You’re not alone. It’s been a problem for many players since the last update on August 18. Nothing is being done about it. Player support has not been helpful. I’ve been trying to get the problem resolved on my iPhone for 6 days now.

After partially completing a level and I go to watch add to get extra moves my screen goes black and I have to kill the game. This has been happening for 2 days now, and was happening approx 10 days ago, but seemed to get resolved until now again
Same issue here on iPhone 13. Select the ad, no ad shows, just the black screen with white banner on top - I have to close my game and restart it or I try shutting down my phone and restarting; that’s not alleviating the issue now - it was earlier this week. So, safe to say, it’s not fixed yet. It’s extremely frustrating!

13981 extra play commercials are black and you have to close out of the game to get out of the black, nothing commercial.

I attach a screenshot at Level 14046 on above topic. It started at Level 14044. On clicking this blank window to watch ad, my android phone showed a 'black screen'. The only way to continue playing is to restart the phone.

Every game from 13981 on does not work properly. All the adds for extra plays are black. Frustrating.
I'm having the same problem on my android phone, started a few days ago. It's very frustrating when you just need a few more moves to win. Please fix this.
We are very sorry for your inconvenience😒 Actually there was some issue related to ad video and the issue has already been resolved HERE but I'm not sure if the problem has recurred so we will report your issue to our team as well.
However, you can follow the troubleshooting steps below to see if your issue is resolved.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.
After following the steps, be sure to let us know again if the problem persists.

Power 'off/on' phone to restart game at same level but problem is still there. Nothing's gonna help it now.

If I click watch ad, there will be no video but just a black screen and I won't be able to progress from there.
Is there something I need to do? When I click on Watch ad, the curtain opens, but the screen is black.

I can’t watch the ads on my extra moves. I just keep getting a black screen.
Because for some reason today is not here yet. Currently my local time is 6:36 pm and I usually log in between 7 and 8 pm local time.
