Hi every time I try to get extra moves a black screen appears have to delete and start again very annoying.

We wanted to apologies for any inconvenience you might be experiencing while watching Ads. We totally understand that this hiccup is causing a bit of trouble, and please know that we're fully engaged in getting it all sorted out for you!
It's a bit of a puzzle that's taking us a tad longer to crack than we hoped, but we're determined to find the perfect fit.
In the meantime, we didn't want to keep you in the dark. We're actively working on fixing the issue as we speak! While we work our magic behind the scenes, here's a little tip we've picked up along the way.

Lots of reports about this issue. They might get it fixed on Monday. It's clearly a glitch at their end, which you can't do anything about. Just be patient and don't use the ads feature for now.
Same problem for me some ads work but the black ad with the broad white bar at the top keeps coming back and I have to reboot the game.
Now and for the last 3 days Iāve been unable to ācontact App Storeā for more playing options. This is getting more and more frustrating, and much less fun to play.š
Each time I ask for extra moves I get a black screen with a white line across the bottom. It doesnāt go away and I have to reload.

I was getting the black screen of death for the ads. I shut down my cell and restarted. It program next suggested updating the app. I was at 5650. I saved my account, deleted the app, and then reinstalled.
Iāve been forced to start over. Itās been a week and I am only up to 2760.
I am not a happy camper.

Why am I getting a black screen when viewing ads to continue Game? I'm not happy I had a 87% win streak.
Mainly happens when trying to continue in a game.
Happens too me as well. Now today this occurred. Wouldnāt let me watch the 2nd video. Ugh. So ridiculous, it was an extremely hard level and before it used my UFO. Iām tired of wasting gold, and my hammers, ufo, swamps etc. i need to have my gold back. So so wrong

Mine is going black and Iām on my iPhone. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I lost all my gifted lives and saved boosters. š” it was fixed for 2 days and is now going black again. š¤·š»āāļøitās ads when I have a chance for extra lives and saucer. Ads still work for the cinema game.
On level 785 and the watch AD feature to earn extra candies while in game play turns black. The only way to get out of the screen is to close the game. Playing from iOS 16.6
Videos within the game, like for extra turns within a round, are not playing. The screen turns black and I have to leave the game and reenter losing the progress.
13998 adds are black again. Come on!
Since yesterday it is not possible to se the video to get rewards
I will never pass this level as the more moves adds are black, and do not play. I had to burn through a bunch of gold bars to pass the games before this to move on and donāt have enough to buy moves anymore. I hope you are refunding the sponsors money because they are not getting their moneyās worth.

Thank you IT team. This morning at 8am, I noticed the blank 'Keep Playing, watch ad' glitch has been rectified. Good job.
Why isnāt play on working in Candy Crush the option goes to a black screen. I have to close the app to be able to get passed it to play.

I am using an iPhone and have updated the app to the latest Apple version, logged out logged back in, restarted my phone and the issue still remains. Please help
Tried the fix. Still not working. I can watch booster ads on the main screen when the purple button floats by, but within the game ads are still black and end up ruining my game.
Why is my screen going black when I want to get extra moves on candy crush
I play to where I can get extra help and then screen goes black and only way out is to go all the way out and start over. Has cost me many of my help items and gold bars to get to that point. Iām about to quit playing because itās so fristrating
While all of my friends get to watch ads to get exyra moves and boosters, but for me i am not getting anything, and i am stuck at a legendary level for a long time now.
