Ughhh...I couldn't agree more...im upset cuz iv contacted support so many times. I received the pop up...it said 3rd place...I too was really excited for the contest...I spent a lil but I did forgo some sleep to play more time lmao...how can they not have a record of the qualifying players 🤔 support said to me...maybe in the last minute someone passed me...lol...but then why would I get a pop up after the event ended??? 🙄 im bummed out too...but maybe it's a sign...I need to stop wasting time 😂

I qualified for the finals even coming out top but I have still not seen anything in my events bar whilst people have started their journey,to be honest I find it so unfair 😢😔

I feel you, that's smart that you ss...I never had an issue before so never thought to ss..it is really unfair n support is QUICK to respond but they don't help or follow up with my inquiries :(

It may be true I didn’t stand a chance to come in first in the final round of the Winter Cup event but there are prizes to be won for placing in the top ten of the leaderboard and based on the screen shots I’ve seen other players post I’m confident I would have been able to do this. But this is almost beside the point. The fact is I qualified for the final round by coming in second place on my semi-final leaderboard, for which I received my reward, but now the Winter Cup challenge doesn’t even appear in my game therefore I can’t even participate, so no fun and therefore no chance for me.
I’ve scoured this forum for troubleshooting advice and have tried every suggestion I’ve come across but nothing has worked. I even contacted customer support and received—I kid you not—a blank reply. They literally replied to my query without a single word. It was the equivalent of returning someone’s phone call by hanging up on them without saying anything. I’m not sure what to make of this.

The winter cup isn't real. I made first place in the semifinal and the finals didn't show up on my device!!

So yea...this is what KING replied to me...so read the highlighted part...bahaha such load of crap...so apparently according to them...if you GET a pop up message in game after the tournament ended...that means YOU DID NOT QUALIFY n if you received nothing...well then congratulations you will be moving forward to the next level 😂🤦♀️

Yeah, I don't stand a chance since King paired me with one of those a-holes. The lower-place rewards are never worthwhile, so I might as well throw in the towel now.
@QueenB If King insists on having these types of collect candy events, they need to find a way to group players based on our current level. I in the 2000s don't have the glorious level in the 10,000s or whatever that's allowing someone like "James" to collect almost half a mil blues on the 1st day of the finals.
