There is indeed no such button in-game. In case you have an Amazon Prime code for Candy Crush Saga, you gotta actually open the link (or scan the QR code and open the link it contains) with your device in order to redeem your freebies. You will receive them as an in-game gift box.
In case you don't have another device to scan the QR code from, google "qr code reader online" or use Google Lens for example (download the QR code or take a screenshot, then open it with Lens; zoom in if you must).
