Joke aside, when were you last able to get ads? What device are you playing on? Do you remember purchasing anything in-game with real money? If so, this has deactivated ads for your account. I'd like to think it's a bug but, unfortunately, it seems that's intended game behaviour - to punish paying players, which ultimately discourages them to keep playing. No-one wins.
For your information, ads don't work on the browser version and Windows desktop version.

I gotta ask something then. Have you lost the ability to watch ads, i.e. Sweet Cinema disappeared, or ads are just not loading? The latter would just mean ads are just not coming through for whatever reason, while the former would mean you've lost this functionality.
If Sweet Cinema is still there but "more ads coming soon", you may wanna try a VPN to see if it helps. From my experience testing it last year, it works for Cinema but not for post-level help. Better use a European server.

Your profile picture here, on the forum, can't be changed unless you reach level 5 and send a PM to the community manager. However, the PM function doesn't work, so even this is questionable.
If you're referring to your in-game profile picture, then it can be changed easily. If your game account is only linked to your Facebook account, then you gotta change your Facebook profile picture. Even then, you're likely to have a cartoon avatar showing for other people. If you have a King account, however, you could change your avatar by going to your account settings and clicking on your picture (there's a little camera button).
