Same question - are you trying to change your forum avatar or your King account profile picture?
I'm going to assume it's the latter because even such a simple thing as setting a custom forum avatar is locked behind way too many requirements. This said, the easiest way to change your King profile picture is from inside the Candy Crush Saga app.
Before you save your picture, you can zoom in and move it around. Just don't zoom in too much and use a common image extension file.

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
