Lots of glitches lately, even didn't receive rewards after purchasing packs and money being deducted from my account in past , someone from technical team go through my account and clear those issues please

Since yesterday when I update candy crush saga and playing my races to get gold bars and after winning 2 races there is no gold bars showing its showing as 0 (zero) . Till when I have to wait to get my rewards back . Please fix this annoying issue as soon as possible because I am not able to play .

On moving from level 4610 to 4611 did not receive the gold bars.
Kindly help to credit the same

I am facing this issue since yesterday, Have not been able to collecy my golden bars. App version is 1.246.0.1
Its not giving any error. Its just not giving the prompt to collect golden bars. Simply moves forward after episode race.
