did not receive gold bars after completing level 8825 at around 1:15 pm today. I think I was first and should get 25 bars. Help

My episode race disappeared completely.i was close to finish...everything Was Ok till around 2pm...

I've completed back to back levels of the Episode race. Finishing in first place twice in a row. I should have received a total of 90 reward points. I have not received my points yet. When will I get my points? To make matters worse. I used some of my own points. That I bought with my hard earned money. Chasing Episode points, very unfair.

Hi,
I didnβt receive the bars tonight at 7pm local time. It happened while getting from level 12230 to 12231.
There was no error message.
And there were no bars so far (45 are missing).
The last bars I was rewarded I got today around noon which did work properly.
1.246.0.1 is my app version.

Hi Elsa, I had just completed episode race- level 9576 to 9590. After completing the last level 9590 it just moved me to the next episode race! No 30 gold bars awarded, no error messages. Nothing! Just brought me to the first level of the next episode race. Thank you

I have just completed level 3755 and win streak 56 with 1st rank and claim the reward but did not received please send me my reward.
