Hello it’s the weekly contest that you need to win 3 times before you can claim your rewards. I also got tricked at first and thought there were levels! Good luck!!!

I won the weekly contest and received none of the rewards. It was also the 3rd time in a row that I won and was supposed to get the Grand Prize. Didn’t receive that either. Spent a good chunk of money to achieve this so I definitely feel ripped off. Does anybody ever get satisfaction on such complaints?

I am having the same problem. I should be winning as I am in first place. But, It keeps knocking back down to 5th place and I am not winning any bars.

I won the episode race but didn't receive the 25 gold bars - is this because I have been purchasing gold bars?

If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.
The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

I can confirm that an issue paying out the rewards has been detected and the team is working on correcting this.
In the meantime, if you have not received your Episode Race rewards, please report this to our Player Support team HERE and ask for a compensation.

I am put off. I spend a lot of money on this game. I’ve come in first place a few times and still not getting bonus prizes.
