I've used zero lives until this evening and went to add my first 5 lives, but it shows a count down of over 5 hours?
It's not a glitch. They have changed the counter so that it starts at 20/20 and when you use a life, it gets subtracted and the count goes down. Basically, reverse of what it was.

So, we have a new update regarding the lives issue you have been reporting. A couple of days ago they changed the lives by adding a timer, so you can see how long you have until you can use new lives. Additional to that we have changed the way the lives are counted down. Before it counted upwards from 0 to 20 and with the latest update it now counts downwards from 20 to 0. (check the image for reference).
Do you think this is clear enough or was it easier to understand before the new update?

The timer will only appear after the daily limit is reach, which is something you have already got use too.
The timer is only a visual representation that will allow you to know how much time you have to wait to be able to accept lives again.
During the implementation of this feature there was an issue that prevented the normal claiming of lives. The studio already fixed the issue and you should be able to claim lives normally.
It's ridiculous, they keep moving the goal posts, not long ago you could ask and play as many lives as you wanted, then they capped it at 20 per day and now they've locked them out until midnight, just another kick in the teeth.
Why can't I claim lives that were sent to me?
Tell us us accumulate tons of friends. Tell us to ask for lives. Tell us to give lives. Then limit those lives so we can't use them. NOW they are blocked completely! What the heck is up with that?
Same here. Was told that I must have been hoarding my lives. Had three today was only able to click one.
Same with me about lives. I think they are determined to make us spend money for lives.

Disgraceful, King just want us to spend our money to buy lives, problem is we get addicted to the game then they change the ball game. Like me look for a new game because this is an absolute joke !!
It's happened to me too, absolute Joke !! They just want you to buy them now, this game is highly addictive and now they're using that against us to get us to part with our money to advance through the levels !! King are just money grabbing b**tards !! Shame on you King !!!!!
I cant access my lives. It seems I am maxed out at 200/200
Me too, and the clock is counting down, but only when I'm on the page - is this true of everyone? I came out and went back in and it's still counting down from 4 minutes
I'm having the same problem as being reported by others and I definitely haven't used my 20 lives since reset.

we cant get the 20, that is the issue. instead of where it says how many of the 20 one has used, there is a timer. and it is anything from 8 to 16 hours. nothing to do with not using more than 20, using 1 would be nice!! it is impossible to put a tick in the box to use a life.
I can't access the lives that I had been granted by fellow gamers due to that time limit. It's getting in the way when I'm trying to win some challenges. Very frustrating !

Hi, i have checked on facebook and on my mobile, and neither have reset to 0/20 overnight. they are both showing 20/20, which were the 20 i used yesterday. Has the time changed from midnight for the reset, or is there still a bug on this part of the programme?

I wanted to use extra lives yesterday and found mine was showing 20/20 used even though I hadn't used them. They are still showing the same despite the description for this part of the game saying that it resets at midnight.
Please can this be investigated.

hi, i thought the same thing when i logged on this am. however, it has been changed so you use a life, and it will show 19/20. so the numbering system is now the other way around. :)

Good morning Since this morning, my lives are stuck at 20/20 until now my lives reset to 0/20 at midnight. what is the solution to fix this bug, because I can no longer use the lives sent by my friends. Thank you in advance for your answers.
I get it now. The counter starts at 20/20 lives and when you use one, it counts down to zero instead of counting up.
what the hell is going on now!!!! first there was a timer on the number of lives you could use. I had 197 lives saved now i only have 26 without using any of them. in addition to that it shows that i have used 20 today' impossible, since i just logged on.this game is getter worse by the minute.with all of the negative comments you would think King would do something to fix all the problems

I don't have atimer. It just says that lives will reset after midnight. It did that up until the most recent update, which I did on March 14th. Now I am stuck with it showing all of my lives have been used. I notified King and they told me all the steps I should do to correct it. None of them have helped. I was told to clear the cache and data in the app. I cleared the cache but if I clear the data I will lose everything!
This is the second day that my 20 lives haven't reset. It's putting me off playing. Please help

I have not been able to use additional lives sent to me from other players for 3 days now. It shows that I have used the daily amount of 20 lives and it is not rebooting. Very frustration. Any suggestions. I don't know how to logout. This is happening on my PC not my phone. My phone is fine.
I get the ads and are used to them, no issues. What has kept me off the game currently is that the ads have become rather stealthy. Do I press the hard to find x? When i do, a screen comes up where its confusing on how to get back to your game. Some ads force you to websites but then you can't get back to the game. I hitā¦
