Cannot buy anything with my apple id

I redeemed a gift card to my apple account and it’s enough to buy in the shop, but when I selected item in the shop and submitted my pssword it tells me that: Your purchase could not be completed. I’m:

1. Able to make purchase on other apps(via another phone, not mine)
2. Able to update my apps.
3. No other payment options, just have account balance.
4. I have successfully purchased stuff some days ago, but always fail recently.
5. My apple id which used in shop is my email in profile.
