I have won the weekly prize two times and was going for the third in a row finishing today. I won this again, meaning three in a row and was not awarded the major.
Any suggestions on how I can claim my prize.

Seems like this is an ongoing problem. I'm not even getting the medals to show up after I win a race!
I didnāt get my weekly win prize either
I have a golden chest challenge: win three levels in a row and you win the contents except... I've done this twice, no award. In fact, I'm currently in the champions race. What gives?

Here's the grand prize. I also saw a screenshot of a prize exactly half of this.
You actually can see what the prize is by hovering over the chest. It will show you both the timed and untimed boosters you get for winning 3 chests. Then you can determine if it is worth it. š
Same thing happened to me. This week was my third weekly win and I didnāt get anything. I donāt have screenshots so I also would like to know how to get my prize as well.
Has anybody here yet won the first prize in this? I'd love to know what is actually in the treasure chest..... Could you tell me? I just wonder if it's something good worth all the trouble to get it.
Hello @Petey63 and welcome to our friendly community! I am sorry to hear this happened to you. Are you still showing you have won three chests in a row? Can you take a screenshot of that?
I had a similar issue, where I had won two in a row and was getting ready to win the third, when that Sunday (last day of the third weekly race) it reset back to zero so when I won that race, it only counted as winning the first of the three races.
I won this past week's race but hasn't given me my prize yet, so maybe there is a delay and hopefully you will see your prize for your triple win sometime today.
However if you don't still see your winnings - just hit reply to this email (because that will 'tag' me) and I will make sure the Community Manager is aware of your problem.

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
