Hello @Petey63 and welcome to our friendly community! I am sorry to hear this happened to you. Are you still showing you have won three chests in a row? Can you take a screenshot of that?
I had a similar issue, where I had won two in a row and was getting ready to win the third, when that Sunday (last day of the third weekly race) it reset back to zero so when I won that race, it only counted as winning the first of the three races.
I won this past week's race but hasn't given me my prize yet, so maybe there is a delay and hopefully you will see your prize for your triple win sometime today.
However if you don't still see your winnings - just hit reply to this email (because that will 'tag' me) and I will make sure the Community Manager is aware of your problem.
