Hallo,
I qualified for 60 Gold Bars by collecting green tulips. They were supposed to be awarded May 6th but were not. Please add the bars to my user account. ID: 1132517533 (Heidi)

Yes even i received that but now their is another issue...this new event in which we are required to collect orange candies, in that i have reached the second tier in which the reward was Unlimited life for 2 hrs., but i haven't received that yet. I thought that reinstalling the app might help me with this, but now i am not able to see my previous progress....

Oh, dear, reinstalling the app would have lost you any boosters you might have had. But you can get your game progress and gold bars back by going into setting within the game and then into my account and sign in there.

Greetings @marc_spector! Sometimes you need to play several levels (and pass them, can be the same level) or make a few moves on several levels (losing lives) in order to make everything come back up. After you do this sometimes exiting the game (close it) and reopening it will help.
Uninstalling and reinstalling I have found for the most part does not help with most problems. On the mobile you just loose all them boosters you got. Bad deal here players...
