I'm stuck at a level and could use help

Hello everyone. I have a little problem if someone could help me, I'm stuck at a level and when I have no more shots it doesn't offer me a video to watch to get free moves. Same when I start the game. No video to offer to start with a booster. Is this normal? THANKS

Which level are you stuck ?
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

You can search it on YouTube that you can also follow these tips of how to pass any levels without using boosters and extra moves too. 😊
And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by another in-game features/events (also contests on this community) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉

I hope this video might help. This level is difficult and it may take many tries until you get that "lucky board". If you can get a two colour bomb combo (where they drop from the top), it might help, but I think with so few moves you might have to wait for a lucky board. The game will let you pass eventually. It is normal for the game to block players with difficult levels to encourage you to spend money. It is also normal to remove videos from your game, especially if you have spent any money.
