Thank you for the feedback. Sweet Cinema still available. The features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to your game

I think you can safely ignore the official response to your question John. My Sweet Cinema hasn't worked for over a month now and as you can see below a lot of people are complaining about losing their adverts and/or Cinema. This is not a coincidence and reminds of when they first started to remove the Fantastic Five feature. When people lost their F5 we all got the same response as Kiara gave you above. Then a couple of weeks later everyone lost their F5.
My Sweet Cinema has taken a break before, but never for this long. I think we can safely assume that our adverts/Sweet Cinema have been removed from our game.
