I don’t know how to kill the frog and have been stuck on it for days. I have no clue how to win this level.

Which level is it you are on? If there is a frog ORDER, then it doesn't mean you have to kill the frog. It can't be killed. You need to feed it till it glows and then move it somewhere else on the board. Each time you do this it counts as one "frog order".
