Strangely, of all the characters you can meet in earlier versions of the game, none have been known to be a father. And with Denize the dragon being the only mother, I'll have to assume that she has a hubby who's the daddy...and he's called Mr. Dragon for the lack of a name.
I made some cool fan art of him taking one of Izzy's kids out on an outdoor trip to hunt Swedish Fish, just like Mr. Yeti and Tiffi before them. He even prepared for the occasion!
