Very frustrating that I ‘lost’ this level when you can clearly see 3 green candy landing on the boxes. Which therefore should clear them and the level is won! Why did this happen? Disappointing.

That must be so frustrating @candyleanne and I can see no good reason why the matched green candy did not remove the last Toffee Swirl.
I can't tell you why it happens, but I can tell you that the issue has been going on for a long time now.
We have been told that the issue is under investigation, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a solution if I were you.
