Why every time I spent $60 or more they throw a roadblock up and cannot win weekly activities or any benefits off of this game

The answer to your question is that they want your money. They are a business and are out to make profit. That is the answer. You must realise they do this on purpose so you spend again, and again, and again. Don't be a fool and stop spending money on this game.
