Not enough moves

I’m currently at level 14096 and have been stuck on that level for a while. So I googled the level for some tips. And everywhere it says that the level has 28 moves, but at my app, when I play, I only have 20 moves?! How come? How can that be possible?

I would suggest you give your feedback there, the level designers are keeping an eye on it and I hope they will take your feedback. Here
