Lost friends and gold bars

Question

Hi all

just got a new iPad and backed it up from iCloud. Everything works fine including Candy Crush but I’ve lost all my friends and my stash of gold bars since back up. Emailed King but they weren’t much help.

Anyone have any ideas how to get my friends and gold bars back?

what exactly do you mean by disconnecting facebook account? Do you mean reinstall Candy Crush.

I don’t want to lose my progress

Tried emailing King but they just advised me to ask here

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and the Gold Bars should reload in your game.

If the Gold Bars still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
