I have been playing for a couple months and never receive my claimed boosters or rewards. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry for the delay!! Here are the screenshots...
When you have received new boosters, the count will increase on there! And also, if you notice, you will see "shiny stars" at the booster you have just collected. But, they will disappear very quickly, as you can see them for only few seconds🙂

But, I need more details to understand the issue!! As to, why do you think you are not receiving any of your rewards?
Which level are you at? How many events have you won so far?
Can you please post a screenshot of your Inventory?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
