The game crashes and then a screen pops up saying that they are working on it. When will this be fixed?

Few more questions please...
1) When did you start experiencing this issue;
2) On your laptop - are you playing on a browser OR the App version (Windows 10/11), downloaded through Microsoft store;
3) Can you check for the App version on your iPad, as well as on your laptop - if you are playing the App version;
4) Did you try any troubleshooting steps? If not, please check the --> tips in This Link <--
NOTE: Do not reinstall your game unless you do not have many saved boosters.

I can play it on my iPad as the app. The problem is when I try to play it while logged into Facebook on both an iPad or laptop. It works for a few plays then a monster comes up saying you have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
