Progress not being saved

Is anyone having problems with levels not being saved on phone, PC and Ipad. Even though I am signed in with facebook I have 3 different level progress on each device. Tried logging out and logging back in on facebook but levels not updated on PC and phone

Same problem here.
Except I got 2 android devices and one of them remain on 15072 even if on the other I am 8 levels ahead.

Ipad I am on level 15071. PC loevel 15056 and phone 15052 so glad its not just me

You are right, Lorraine! It is not just you and it is not an issue on your side either. We have received some complaints yesterday too.
I have reported to our Candy Community In-charge last night! Yet to hear back from them…
Can you both please post screenshot of your game map — one each from all your devices? It will help to show the glitch to the Game Studio!

The screenshots are not for me! To show to the Studio. When we report about a glitch, we are always asked for screenshots or screen recordings!! We were informed that it would help the Game studios to investigate the issue!
I am asking all the players (even when I have screenshots from 2 players already - we have another thread), to show “with proof” that this many players are affected by this glitch 😊
In my experience, more complaints and more proofs, the quicker results🏆

The Cand Studio is looking into the issue right now and you all might see the results soon🤞 Please wait till the glitch is fixed and do not reinstall your game!

Yes, for 3 days now! They're supposed to be working on it. Today I have 2 devices synced, but on the wrong level!
