Hi why cant i use my boosters on candy crush i have got over 100 of them & i registered at king as suggested but when i log in it says ive no boosters but ive always played through facebook & it shows all my boosters on my profile but when i select one it wants to charge me please can anyone help thanks

Thanks for posting those images. I can see you have coconut wheels and fishes. These are pre game boosters and you can only play those before each level. To do so, select them on the screen showing up before the level as shown in my screenshot. Unfortunately the game will only allow you to use your coconut wheels on selected dragon levels, they cannot be played in any other levels.

So here I have selected the fishes to be played and the box is ticked. You can untick if you don't want to play the booster, which is advisable if the game automatically ticks it on an easy level.

The hand switch, lollipop hammers and other boosters can be selected in the middle of the game at any time, they appear at the bottom of your screen during the level. You can buy more boosters from from your inventory, therefore the game offers you more coconut wheels for money in your inventory although you have plenty, but you don't select to play them from the inventory.

I hope this makes it clear. It's just the way the different boosters are available to be played. King try to not make it too easy for us, that's why for example they don't allow coconut wheels to be played on most levels.

I think a screenshot might help us figure out what is happening with your boosters. Could you show us just where it shows your boosters? And then when you select one?
