You've posted the same question on different forums, Candy Crush and Candy Crush Friends Saga. In both games, does it happen that your games crash when you watch ads?
The most common cause of a crash is:
- Your version of your game app or device is not up to date. Please check for updates and run them
- your memory is not enough, you need at least 2 GB. If you have less than 2GB of storage, try deleting large files/photos or storing them in a cloud
- Your RAM is insufficient because there may be too many applications open. Please force all apps to be locked and turn off your device for at least 10 seconds. After that, make sure your internet is stable.
