I'm unable to login to my Candy Crush account for months now!!!

I can no longer continue from my progress and I don't know whyππππ
I got a new Samsung phone and and installed my Candy Crush on it coupled with my progress... So some months later, I discovered my phone was a kind of acting up and I had to restore my phone back to factory settings.
So ever since then, I have not been able to connect my Candy Crush to Facebook to enable continue from my progress... it's only just taking me back to level 1πππ
Whenever I click on my Candy Crush and also clicked on "Retrieve my progress" it will not take me anywhere!!!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingβ¦
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone elseβs games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
