That “connection issue” pop-up - is it appearing only when you try to collect the reward from the Chocolate box or everything else? For example - Daily treat machine, Sweet cinema/Treasure hunt, Advent calendar, etc.,
Were you able to send a complaint to the King Player Support Team or are you getting only that “connection issue” pop-up box with everything you try to do?
Can you show me a screenshot of the game “Home” screen - where we click on Play (don’t click on play).
