I've finished the race first twice, but why doesn't it give me 45 gold coins?

There was an issue just popped in the game with the Episode Race! The game studio is aware about the issue and being worked on.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive the rewards from the Champion Race. I will be more than happy to shed some light on this matter.
Please note that regarding this issue, we will need a screenshot showing the issue to further investigate what happened.
After a thorough search in our system, I can confirm that on our side, we haven’t detected an issue. There are a couple of reasons this might be the case: the reward could have been added but you simply didn’t notice, or there might have been a delay in the delivery of the reward (due to some temporary connection issues).
If this happens again in the future and you do think that there has been an issue with your reward, please do provide us with a screenshot/screen recording that demonstrates the error.

Well, this is getting frustrating week after week no gold bar from Champion Race, if I buy something the time is shorter than is supposed. I made a complaint and the person said no problem from my side and was really rude. We are losing money and king and candy crush doesn't care.

Second week didn't get my 45 gold bars, I email customers service and they told me that I was wrong that I didn't see them. Really? I can distinguish from 5 to 45 big differences.
I have lost so many gold bars because of the issue. Every time I start a new race I’m already 5th in line.

If you did not receive your Gold Bars yet, please send a complaint to King Player Support team by following below steps...
1) If you are playing on computer Facebook browser, please use this link to send you complaint by filling the form --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
2) If you are on a mobile device or the App version on Windows10/11, follow these steps --> click on the Pink Cogwheel on game map screen -- click on ? icon -- scroll down to Events -- Select "Episode Race" -- scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" -- fill up the form and submit your complaint.

I'm sorry to hear about this ,Unfortunately we're not able to handle missing rewards through the community but please follow these steps HERE on how to get intouch with our Player Support Team that handles these issues.
I just finished a race in first place. I should have received 45 gold bars. At the same time I competed a box and was supposed to receive 20? Minutes of special tool. My device said there was a connection error and to restart the game. I did that but never got my gold bars or tool time.
i facing the same issue.. just won the episode race with 45 gold bar but only get 5. it was my second time happened. eventually the connection error pops up and ask me to restart the game but it doesn't work anymore
I did not receive credit for winning a round. It’s clear I won as I can still win 45 in the round I am playing.

From which event or feature were you supposed to receive 20 minutes of unlimited booster? There are some events that are experiencing a glitch! So, if you can clarify that for me, I can assist you more.

My android phone randomly stopped my progress in the middle of an episode race, my place no longer appears. I also cannot access the items store. Trying to buy a paintbrush power up and keeps trying to access store, but won't. I have no connection issues with any other apps.
Yeah both me and my wife just had this happen. Alao did not give reward for winning 13 levels on candy royale thing.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

We have received multiple complaints with regards to Episode Race in the past 30+ minutes! I am trying to find out if there is an issue!!
Can you please try this --> Log out of the game -- Close the App -- turn off your device -- wait for 5 to 10 minutes -- restart the device -- open the App and log back in. See if anything gets better.
