We have reported about the issue and it was resolved yesterday (29th)!

Try below steps⬇️

If you are playing on a mobile device or App version on Windows 10/11 --> check for App updates and if any available, install them;
If that did not work --> log out of the game -- force close the App -- clear Cache -- turn off your device & turn it back on after 5 minutes;
If you are on a computer - Facebook browser --> close game & log out of Facebook -- shutdown your computer and turn it back after 5 minutes.

I think you should get a refund given the circumstances! Write to player support from within the app and explain to them what you have written here. They have details of your payment history as it's linked to your player ID and they also know by now that this level is faulty and cannot be passed. They really must refund the money!

I have just played this level and I definitely had more than 50 layers of the frozen, enough to fulfll the order to break the box, with several spare. I think some of them must be a triple layer. However I have noted that other players seem to have a faulty version of this level, with only a double layer.

Correct, but my frozen not enough 50 to clear. Something was wrong. Clear all frozen has only 40, but request is 50.

There is a bug in the game, you can't finish it. It doesn't count down, so it doesn't open the box in the middle. I have lost a lot of lives and money.
