There seems to be an issue with level 14677.
The board does not have enough crystal candies.

I canβt seem to unlock the box. There are no more frozen blocks on the screen. I have used my extra lives and it was a waste. As you can see in my picture below there is nothing else I can do to unlock the remaining challenges. This is very frustrating!!!
