Hello everyone and sorry to hear you have been having issues loading the game on Facebook.
If you are all currently playing on a Chromebook, the OS is based on Android system via a “PC device”, therefore you should download the game app from the Google Play Store, instead of trying playing via the Facebook website.
Can you confirm if you have access to Google Play Store?
Sorry to hear about this, may I ask if you have tried a different browser to see if the same thing happens? Do you play with other tabs open as well or have any other programs running at the same time?
Can you also try clearing the browser cache and see if that helps?
Hi Sally (@Sally_Aveni) your post has been turned into a collection thread for the issue of Candy Crush not loading, so hopefully you will get a fix for your problem 'soon'.
Please note support for Windows 7 from Microsoft ended on January 13, 2015, so depending on what the issue is you might find Windows 7 unusable.
Depending on how much you want to continue playing on your PC you might like to consider downloading BlueStacks. BlueStacks is an Andriod emulator that allows you to use mobile apps on a Windows PC. Your Windows 7 PC will need Service Pack 1 installed for this to work.
