Does it have the facility to download App version of the game? If so, are you playing through Chrome browser or the App version?

I tried to check in my old computer and it has Windows 8. Hence, I couldn't check if Windows7 is the one that is causing issue!!
Like I said in my initial comment, can you please try to open the game on a different browser (Internet Explorer/Edge, Firefox, etc.,) and see if the game loads properly? Also, like Alienscar mentioned, please open the game in "Incognito Window".

Hello @Sally_Aveni quite a lot of people have complained about this issue, but I don't think I have seen a fix mentioned.
Can you please try opening your game in Incognito/InPrivate mode and see what happens.

Are you playing on a computer - on a Browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,)?
Using Chrome on laptop. From the getgo just loading it's in slow mo and doesn't get very far so I get out.
How long will it take for this to be repaired?

No, I have the opening orange, bar for downloading goes 2/3 of the way and then freezes.
My screen freezes at orange screen where it starts the download and then freezes.
I'm on Windows 7. So does that mean that I won't be able to play Crush on my PC anymore? I can't update Chrome for the same reason.
I am playing on chromebook I see the screen as i open the game.

Yes! There are couple more players with the same issue that you are experiencing!
Thank you for mentioning that you are playing on Windows 7. Which browser you are using? Did you try and see if you can play on a different browser and if the game works? If not, can you try that and see?
