Why do some people get extra help by eatching videos to get futher ib game
Hello @Lccj I think adverts are only available to those players that play on mobile, so if you use a PC you will not see adverts in your game.
Additionally if you use real money to purchase items for your game you will not see adverts in your game.
Lastly some people get adverts and others don't because King do not provide all of the game's features to all of the players at the same time.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

The Ads is a promotional feature that is still in testing! All and any testing features are sent to only few groups of players at a time! That is the reason, all the players won't have it at the same time!
But, no need to be upset, as you too will receive this feature sooner or later! As a player, all you need to do is -- to make sure that your game App is updated frequently, there is enough free space on your device memory, and you stay active in the game (play at least one level every day). All these help to receive Ads and/or any special feature into your game.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
