I keep getting the "we have experienced an error we are trying hard to fix" for more than a week and can not play on facebook at all. Please help.

First of all, make sure that the Browser has latest updates. If it is all good, please try this preliminary troubleshooting step —> Open the game on a different browser — (a) Chrome, or (b) “Private”/ “Guest Mode” window.

P.S: Since you are playing on Windows11, did you try to download the App version of the game? In my experience, that would work best (and less hassles & glitches)👍

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
