Did you send a complaint to the King Player Support team? If so, what did they say?
If not, can you tell me which device you are using, so that I can give you proper steps to send your complaint?

first of all I want to thank you for your fast reply. Then, I would like to reply to your question writing that I didn't sent any complain to the King Player Support team because I am a new member and I don't know how to do it. I usually play on mobile phone but it can happen that I play on laptop
