Morning since yesterday 9/1/2024 I don’t seem to be getting any bonuses on my account

Is there a problem your end on the server as I am not getting any bonuses on my account to help through the levels .

It might seem strange, but in my experience this is quite normal behaviour for adverts.

Adverts can disappear for several reasons the number one reason being if you have purchased anything. If you use real money to buy something for your game all of your adverts will be removed from your game.

Another reason adverts can disappear from your game is the Events. When some Events are running it is normal for some of the advert features to stop working for awhile. The Winter Cup has just finished so you might find your adverts start working again.

Lastly the final reason is that no feature of the game should be considered a permanent feature of your game and just because you have had a feature for nine or more years doesn't mean that you will get to keep it.

Personally speaking I lost all of my adverts for seven months last year until they reappeared as mysteriously as they had disappeared.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
