Missing the rewards and intrest to play

I understand that the game might be getting harder without extra help that comes with the Ad videos!
But, please know that the Ads are still in testing mode and not all players have the opportunity to experience it yet!!
The features that are in testing will be sent to few groups of players for a certain period of time. Once that period is over, that feature is moved on to other groups of players!! I have heard that this time also varies between groups!! Some players receive it for an year! Some, receive it for a month!! It all depends on the "random grouping system" their computer system puts you in.
It doesn't mean that you will not receive Ads again! They might come back next week or next month or after an year!! But as a player, all you can do is to (a) keep your App updated; (b) make sure your device has enough free storage space, and (c) be active in the game.. just play one level every day! That should be enough too😉

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
