Mine is doing the same thing it is making me not want to play as often

I tried force closing app and it didnβt work. I ended up having to uninstall and then reinstall. My progress was saved but I lost all my powerups.

for some reason when I go on Candy Crush.I get a black screen . it comes up as off line and has always done that, I guess because I play on phone sometimes. I play another game and can get on it and it comes up as off line also and it works. What can I do to fix it? Thanks

No, I have not been able to get to the game page for 3 days. The pop ups is ok until I get to the page to click to play.
