Thanks @Amy_Deemer. I have found that the issue you are suffering from has been going on since Oct 2023. Apparently the issue was supposed to have been fixed, but the issue refused to stay fixed
I don't think there is anything you can do to solve this issue yourself other than the basic clear your cache and browser history.
@QueenB is the issue of the Chocolate Box being stuck still being worked on?

Yes! The King team is working on the Chocolate Box issue from past few months now!! Apparently, this is a sticky glitch that is taking a while to send the fix😕
By any chance, do you have a 2nd device to play? Some players are experiencing this glitch on all their devices, but some are able to play the game on a 2nd device!!
Please keep an eye on the thread, where we are compiling complaints since July —> Chocolate Box stuck - Cannot collect Rewards🚫
Hopefully, the glitch will be fixed soon and you all can enjoy the game again🍫🍫
