Candy crush saga

Question

Why does Candy crush saga take forever to load and the game keeps freezing.

Please help solve the problem. I have deleted the game 3 times and I cannot resolve the issue. I also cannot bring the game up on my phone. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game several times and nothing works.

Are you experiencing the loading issue on the Edge browser or on your iPhone also?

I am glad to know that your game is saved through Facebook.  And true!  Once you delete the App, all the saved boosters will be lost!

Since you are on Apple phone, there is the convenience on iOS devices to save the progress to iCloud!  But, if you ever need to reinstall the game(s) in future, please back it up to iCloud and you won't lose either the boosters or the Lives!

I play on my computer using Microsoft edge and my phone is an Apple pro max 13. I play on Facebook and don’t want to change to another app because I will lose my progress. Every time I delete the game and reinstall I lose my rewards
